healthy food, you will find yourself eating it on a daily basis.
Ask your buddies to offer moral support. They can't lose the weight
for you, but they can help you stay motivated. If you have someone that you
know you have to report to, it makes it easier to do what you
know you should. Your friends are there to help cheer
you on, so whenever you need a good pep talk, reach out to connect.
